In this speech, Ashton Kutcher talks about how we can change the world by mentioning three things everyone should do, which is, opportunity, be sexy, and to build your world. He said you need to take opportunities, it could be a job or anything, and you need to work hard at that opportunity, no matter what it is. When Ashton Kutcher talked about being sexy he didn't mean by looks he meant by being smart, thoughtful, and generous. If you are smart, thoughtful and generous towards other people, and generous you are sexy, he mentioned how everything else doesn't matter. The last thing he talked about was to make your build your world and not to live it, which means you need to do what you want to do and not what everyone tells you you need to be. By doing these three things you can change the world.
